RUMA Projects was established by builder and project manager, Nick Longworth. Nick has over 17 years experience in high-end residential, commercial and industrial construction, across NSW and interstate.

With a degree in construction management and an energetic, hands on approach, Nick prides himself on client satisfaction through delivering projects on time and in budget.

RUMA (or rumah) is an Indonesian and Malaysian word for house or home. Difficult to translate exactly into English - but the word means to provide shelter and comfort, often evoking a sense of belonging and security.
